Location

Remote option available.

Travel

Once per year for team meeting.

9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm Eastern / 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm Central

Overview

The Inside Sales Senior Analyst is responsible for driving Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution (SPD) sales and services to new and existing customers, with a focus on identifying opportunities, managing specialty programs, and collaborating across teams to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Generate and follow up on sales leads, including those from manufacturing partners.

Collaborate with outside sales to identify and pursue larger opportunities.

Manage specialty programs such as Consignment and Short-Dated Selling.

Analyze gaps and trends to drive sales growth and margin improvement.

Facilitate deal modeling, pricing negotiations, and competitive intelligence gathering.

Partner with manufacturers and internal teams (Sourcing, Inventory, Finance, etc.) to optimize product offerings and customer solutions.

Support pharmacy personnel with product awareness and decision-making.

Participate in On Call rotation and specialty product allocation.

Conduct market research and attend site visits / conferences as needed.

Qualifications :

A minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred.

Strong multitasking, communication and troubleshooting skills.

Experience in sales reporting and relationship building.

Healthcare and specialty product knowledge is a plus.

Attention to detail.

Anticipated hourly range : 17.60 - 27.61 per hour + incentive plan eligibility.

Bonus eligible : Yes (incentive plan eligible)
