We are a growing sign company looking for an ON-SITE Graphic / Production Designer to complete our team at our Northeast Philly sign and graphics shop. The ideal team member has a passion for doing whatever it takes to support and grow the business alongside a dedicated team. Creativity, problem-solving, attention to detail and accuracy are your strengths and you are equally-comfortable working independently or collaboratively. This position is equal parts creative and technical--creating original designs and completing print-ready files for final production.

Position Requirements:
Your primary role will be to design and produce graphics and a variety of media for signage and displays, interactive/digital signage, branded environments, vehicles and more while interacting with diverse clients to provide a top-notch customer experience.

• This is an on-site position--must have reliable transportation to our location in Northeast Philadelphia
• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience--a link to your online portfolio is required
• Demonstrated skills in Adobe Creative Suite applications: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat (After Effects is a plus)
• Ability to take final design files and prepare for print production
• Experience with MS Office applications: Word, Power Point, Excel
• Experience working in PC environment
• Attention to detail and natural technical/mechanical aptitude
• Dedication to quality and accuracy
• Excellent written/verbal communications
• You are a "people person" and enjoy interacting with a diverse group of clients and community members
