Therapist Supervisor
Position : Full-Time
Location : New York, New York
Salary : $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Job Summary :
We’re seeking a Therapist Supervisor to guide and support a talented group of mental health professionals. In this leadership role, you’ll provide clinical oversight, ensure documentation accuracy, and help maintain the highest standards of care for clients across our programs.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise licensed and associate therapists through regular meetings and case reviews.
- Oversee treatment planning, clinical documentation, and compliance.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster staff development.
- Coordinate with leadership to uphold quality and consistency in client care.
- Promote a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
