A company is looking for a IBM Z / OS DB2 Mainframe Systems DBA.

Key Responsibilities

Administer DB2 database and subsystems, including monitoring and routine maintenance

Provide status reports and log activities using CLIENT time tracking software

Support IT teams and document changes following established protocols

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Minimum of seven (7) years of DB2 DBA experience on ZOS platform

Experience administering complex DB2 environments with multiple subsystems

Proficiency with ZOS tools and DB2 utilities, including backup and recovery

Ability to evaluate and tune SQL and DB2 subsystems
