\nJob Description\nJob Title : Registered Nurse\nPay Grade : 11A\nReports to : Manager\nDepartment / Job Code : \nFLSA Status : Non-Exempt\nOSHA Exposure Level : \nJob Summary\nThe registered nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care using the nursing process. Accepts responsibility for direction of co-workers and delegation of role appropriate tasks in the implementation of care. Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance to the established FMC policies, procedures and guidelines.\nJob Qualifications\nEducation : Associate degree in nursing. Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.\nLicensure / Certification : Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio. CPR required.\nExperience : Previous nursing experience preferred.\nJob-related Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Problem-solve and facilitate resolution to issues; demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities; Make independent decisions. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care of each patient according to the nursing process.\n\nProvides quality care based on assessment needs and established plan of care / pathway.\nProvides education for the patient and family / significant other from admission through discharge process.\nProvides thorough, concise, accurate and legible documentation of the nursing process / pathway.\nNotifies physician of pertinent observations and changes in the status of the patient.\nAdministers medications and performs treatments in an accurate safe manner.\nImplements physician orders as written.\nAssures equipment and supplies are readily available for patient care, reporting malfunctions to proper department.\n\nPhysical Capacity Demand\nMedium Work : Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 10-25 pounds of force\nfrequently, and / or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.\nJob Considerations\nPsychological / Mental analytical abilities, memory, problem-solving and creativity\nPhysiological -Potential Exposures : Electrical equipment\nCognitive -Communication and collaboration with other co-workers, physicians, other employees, and patients and families; prioritizing and time management; persuasiveness and judgment\nEnvironmental -no special considerations\nProtective Equipment- no special considerations\n

Catalytic Solutions Job ID #4-292289. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
