Wound Care Nurse Practitioner PRN

Start : ASAP Schedule : PRN, flexible days

Location : Fort Wayne, IN

Role Highlights : Paid $250 per visit

Mileage reimbursed at $0.70 / mile

Provide wound care in homes and SNFs

Travel up to 1.5 hours from central Fort Wayne, IN

Visits last minutes

Training provided (1 4 days based on experience)

Work independently with support from a regional coordinator

Requirements :

Must live within 30 minutes of Fort Wayne, IN

Willing to travel and perform home / SNF visits

Flexible availability and strong communication skills
