A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Sales Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Penetrate new organizations / accounts and expand within the existing customer base for 1 : 1 Customer Engagement opportunities to meet or exceed booking targets
Utilize MEDDPICC and Challenger selling principles to provide valuable insights to customers and facilitate commercial conversations
Develop expertise in the company's value propositions for 1 : 1 Customer Engagement and collaborate with partners on sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
8-10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise software solutions or in a marketing services / consultancy environment
Extensive knowledge of customer roles such as CMO, Retention Executive, and Revenue Officer, along with predictive analytics and real-time marketing services
Thorough understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape, including Paid Media and Social
