IT Support Specialist

Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for an IT Support Specialist. As an IT Support Specialist you would be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and ensuring a seamless technology experience for all Funnel employees. This role supports the day-to-day operations of Funnel's internal IT environment, including device management, user access administration, and SaaS application upkeep. The IT Support Specialist will manage requests through the helpdesk system, troubleshoot end-user issues, and assist with onboarding and offboarding activities. They will also help maintain systems such as Rippling and Google Workspace while contributing to process improvements and documentation. This particular role is a hybrid, non-exempt position with an hourly pay range of $ - $ (equivalent to $65,000 - $75,000 annually)This role reports to the IT Manager.
