Role Overview

The Controller position owns all accounting functions at our clients and will be responsible for issuing client financial statements, including thoughtful and value-added fluctuation analyses, developing financial models, and managing departmental budgets and forecasts. The Controller also manages Attivo staff to own full-cycle month-end close, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and tax compliance. Experience with developing financial models from the ground up and establishing policies and procedures within a corporation is highly preferred. The ideal candidate has worked at or with early-stage start-ups and has a passion for helping companies scale and grow.

The position location is flexible / work from home, with preference given to candidates in the following cities where Attivo has an employee presence : San Francisco / Bay Area, Los Angeles / Southern California, New York City, Austin, and Boston. Candidates in other locations welcome to apply. Some travel to in-person company events is required, approximately 2-3 weeks out of the year. In-person onboarding training will take place within the first 3 months of employment (locations vary).

Salary Range

Attivo offers a competitive base plus bonus, and opportunities for advancement. The starting salary range for Controller is approximately $160,000 to $200,000 per year plus bonus.
