A company is looking for a Premier Brokerage Associate to provide exceptional service and support to clients in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service and support to retail customers, explaining concepts clearly
Assist clients with trading and manage service requests related to various securities
Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transactions and uncover leads for the Retirement Advisor Team
Required Qualifications
Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
FINRA fingerprinting required
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options
Prior remote work experience preferred
