The Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager provides professional, comprehensive, patient-centric care management services for at-risk patients in an acute care environment. Accountabilities include assessment and planning, coordination of care, resource utilization management and / or review, discharge planning, documentation of interventions, regulatory compliance, and patient advocacy.

Must-Haves :

• Associate's Degree - Nursing degree / diploma upon hire
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• 2 years - Acute care experience in a medical-surgical or Inpatient setting
