Implementation Project Coordinator
Copay is currently looking to hire an Implementation Project Coordinator within our Implementation Services division. This position falls under our North America Fuel line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will lead the successful implementation of client solutions from project initiation through completion, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. You will report directly to the Director of Implementations and regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations and Support.
As an Implementation Project Coordinator, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Copay will set you up for success by providing :

The responsibilities of the role will include :
Leading complex client implementations from discovery through go-liveServing as the primary point of contact for clients during implementationCollaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues and optimize outcomesAnalyzing client requirements and configuring system solutionsProviding training and mentorship to team membersIdentifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client satisfactionManaging customer accounts through Salesforce CRM and related platformsSetting up accounts within Comdata systems (Web, AS400, Databases, HOST)Designing account structures tailored to client business needsTracking and maintaining customer status during implementationDriving revenue growth through effective Early Life ManagementDelivering client training sessions via webinars or on-demand resourcesPartnering with sales and customers to ensure successful account launchesQualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn multiple systems (AS400, databases, APIs)Exceptional attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and customer service skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projectsStrong problem-solving and collaborative mindsetAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)Previous experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or account managementFamiliarity with payments, financial services, and / or fleet management industriesExperience conducting client training sessionsAbility to translate technical concepts into business languageBenefits & Perks :
