Recruiting Coordinator
Suno is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented professional who excels at creating seamless candidate experiences while driving operational excellence. You will be the backbone of our recruitment efforts, implementing systems and automations that allow us to scale efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who loves optimizing workflows and wants to make a significant impact on how we grow the Suno band.
Recruiting Coordination & Candidate Experience :
- Manage the end-to-end interview coordination process across multiple roles and departments
- Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with efficiency and attention to detail
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Coordinate candidate travel and logistics for onsite visits
- Host candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a memorable and professional experience
- Prepare interview materials, scorecards, and debriefs for hiring teams
- Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Generate recruiting metrics and pipeline reports to inform hiring decisions
Process Optimization & Automation :
Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting workflow and implement solutionsBuild and maintain recruiting templates, email sequences, and automated workflowsPartner with engineering / ops to create integrations between recruiting toolsDevelop and document standardized recruiting processes and best practicesCreate dashboards and reporting systems to track key recruiting metricsImplement scheduling automation tools to reduce coordination timeContinuously test and improve candidate communication touchpointsStakeholder Management :
Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordinationTrain hiring teams on ATS usage and recruiting best practicesProvide regular updates on candidate status and pipeline healthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve hiring outcomesRequired :
2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operationsExperience in startup or high-growth technology environmentsProven track record of implementing process improvements and automationsAdvanced proficiency with ATS platforms (We are using Ashby)Experience with recruiting automationExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesDetail-oriented approach with a bias for actionComfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to work independently and take ownershipPreferred :
