Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Security Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic professionalism and commitment to quality in all assigned tasks.
• Perform installation of high-security field devices and ensure proper setup calibration and functionality.
• Complete field wiring terminations and testing in accordance with company standards and project specifications.
• Install configure and troubleshoot headend equipment ensuring seamless integration with field components.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of work performed materials used and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to all safety policies procedures and customer site requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors project managers and team members to meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction.
