Medical Director (MD / DO / MBBS)

Location: Billings, Montana Full-Time

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide hands-on clinical care and medical leadership in skilled nursing facilities. This role blends patient care with oversight responsibilities, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage patients in skilled nursing settings
• Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans using evidence-based medicine
• Prescribe medications and therapies; coordinate referrals
• Serve as Medical Director for assigned facilities
• Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and compliance

Qualifications:

• MD, DO, or MBBS
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (IM, FM, or related specialty)
• Active or eligible Montana medical license
• SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred
