What You'll Be Doing:

• Running the show during your shiftoversee operations, keep things on track, and solve problems like a pro
• Making sure our food and customer service are top-notch, every time
• Coaching and supporting your team to reach their full potential
• Keeping an eye on inventory and making sure we've got what we need
• Handling customer concerns with confidence and creating positive experiences
• Helping us hit those goals and smash sales targets

What We're Looking For:

• You've got management experience (fast food or restaurant preferred)
• Great communicator and team motivator
• Ready to work nights and weekends when needed
• Physically up for the challenge (standing, lifting, all that jazz)
• Bonus points for cash handling or inventory know-how
