Texas Licensed Tele-Health Nurse

A company is looking for a Tele-Health Nurse (LPN) to provide remote support to patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide telephonic and electronic support to stakeholders to enhance medication adherence

Coordinate the collection of patient-specific clinical data for regulatory compliance

Ensure understanding and compliance with regulatory and program requirements

Required Qualifications :

Vocational or technical training is required

Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure is required

Two or more years of experience in a healthcare setting

Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Suite software

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing healthcare environment
