Your Role as a Financial Services Customer Support Specialist :

  • Handle inbound calls from bank partners, merchants, and cardholders, addressing questions and resolving issues to ensure complete satisfaction. Some calls may involve technical aspects.
  • Deliver outstanding service by actively listening and helping callers find the best solutions.

Requirements to Serve This Client :

  • At least one year of recent inbound call support experience within a customer-facing financial services environment.
  • Experience in financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A quiet and secure workspace to manage a steady flow of calls.
  • Updated Tech Requirement! Wired internet connection with specified speeds (ping 25 Mbps; upload >
  • 10 Mbps; minimum 8 GB RAM ).

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check and drug test are required.
  • Highly Desired Qualifications :

  • Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing call center role (preferably with an online bill pay service, financial institution, or technical support).
  • Experience using customer service software, CRM systems, or providing support through virtual channels (email, chat, video calls).
  • No degree necessary! This is an excellent work-from-home opportunity for anyone ready to invest in themselves and work hard on their own terms! You can sign up and manage your own customer support business or work as an agent for an existing Service Partner company on the platform. Some clients may require ongoing certification. A background check and drug test will be necessary.
