Backyard Breaks is looking for confident on-camera personalities to host live sports card breaks across several platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, perfect for someone who loves sports, enjoys being on camera, and thrives in a fast-paced, interactive environment.

As a host, you'll entertain viewers in real time, showcase premium sports cards, drive excitement during livestreams, and build a loyal community. You'll step into a lively, high-energy studio where teammates hype each other up and celebrate the big pulls together.

What you'll do:

• Host high-energy live sports card breaks and create engaging on-camera content
• Interact with viewers, answer questions, and keep streams fun, informative, and fast-paced
• Showcase high-value sports cards and help promote upcoming livestreams
• Collaborate with teammates to plan and execute top-tier livestream experiences
• Bring fresh ideas and stay current on sports and card-market trends
• Take direction, respond to feedback, and continuously elevate stream quality

What you'll bring:

• A genuine passion for sports
• Enthusiasm for the sports card hobby (experience is a bonus-curiosity works too!)
• Strong on-camera presence and confident communication skills
• High energy, quick thinking, and the ability to multitask during live broadcasts
• A positive, outgoing personality that connects naturally with an audience
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on livestream schedules

What we offer:

• Full-time role with OTE of $60,000-$80,000
