[job_card.job_description]Manage and execute end-to-end payroll cycles for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure adherence to international, federal, state, and local payroll laws, tax regulations, company policies, and data privacy standards. Partner with global payroll providers, auditors, and benefits administrators to ensure compliance and service-level excellence. Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including salary, benefits, tax information, and deductions. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries professionally and efficiently. Prepare payroll-related reports, metrics, and reconciliations for internal and external stakeholders. Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes, improve automation, and strengthen internal controls. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to support data integration and policy alignment. Knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards. Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP GlobalView, Workday, SAP, or similar platforms. Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple time zones. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Required : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field Preferred : Master's degree or certifications such as CPP, GPA, or IPP Required : Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience Preferred : 2+ years in global or multi-country payroll Required : Understanding of global payroll compliance and tax regulations Preferred : Familiarity with labor laws across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM Required : Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems Preferred : Experience with global payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or Oracle Preferred : International payroll certifications (GPMI, CIPP, IPP)
