Summary : The FFS Clinician supports Bridgewell's mission by providing individual, family, and / or group psychotherapy and crisis intervention services to individuals with psychiatric and / or developmental disabilities.

Schedule : Flexible schedule based on caseload 16+ hours per week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, goals and objectives, transfer / discharge summaries, and progress notes for assigned caseload.
• Provide individual and / or family counseling with clients on assigned caseloads.
• Coordinate services and collaborate with internal and external providers.
• Participate in clinical team and / or weekly supervision meetings.
• Participate in agency Clinical Risk Team Meetings (CRTs) as appropriate / requested.
• Maintain client records according to regulatory standards.
• Maintain productivity standards as discussed with the supervisor. Will be audited regularly to ensure compliance.
• Complete Utilization Review documentation follow-up promptly.
• Facilitate referrals to other agencies / vendors when appropriate.
• Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
