Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Work Environment : Hybrid (3 days / week in office to start; may reduce to 1-2 days / week as contract continues)

Pay : $23-25 an hour
Overview
The Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst plays a key role in ensuring claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with payer requirements. This role partners closely with internal staff and multiple levels of the client's organization to identify and resolve issues preventing timely and complete claim adjudication. The Senior Analyst also serves as a mentor and point of contact for team members while helping improve productivity and clean-claim volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a mentor and primary point of contact for billing and claims staff.
- Generate and release claims daily through the client's EHR system.
- Print and mail paper claims when electronic submission is not available.
- Work within payer portals-including DDE, Optum, Availity, and others-to clear issues preventing payment.
- Run periodic reports to identify outstanding claim issues; collaborate with staff or managers to resolve escalations.
- Communicate with clients regarding claim-related trends, recurring issues, and resolution updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, discussions, and follow-ups.
- Support posting and review of Remittance Advices when needed.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of proven experience in hospital or clinic billing.Strong understanding of current healthcare revenue cycle processes and industry standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CPSI, Epic, or Cerner (Cerner highly preferred).Prior experience in complex claim resolution or payer portal navigation.Soft Skills
