[job_card.job_description]Consistent bookings year-round Hourly base pay ($22 / hr) plus tips averaging $20–$30 per massage . Monthly perks : 1 free massage + 1 free infrared sauna session for your own self-care. Bonuses & incentives for membership sales and enhancements. Flexible schedule – we’re open 6 days a week and will work with you to find the right fit. Positive, supportive team culture — no drama, just growth. Additional benefits : Sick leave, CalSaver, ongoing training, and more. This is a full-time position , with Sunday availability required . The ideal candidate is available to work 3–5 days per week . However, part-time candidates are invited to apply A licensed Massage Therapist in California (or eligible for a Napa permit). Skilled in Swedish and Deep Tissue , with additional modalities a plus. Passionate about wellness, self-care, and helping others feel their best. A team player with excellent communication and a warm, professional presence.

What You’ll Do :
As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference every day :
- Deliver exceptional massages tailored to each guest’s unique needs (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, and more).
- Offer enhancements and upgrades to elevate the experience (and earn extra income!).
- Share your knowledge to promote the wellness benefits of regular massage and self-care.
- Maintain a welcoming, safe, and serene space for every client.
- Support spa operations by helping with room readiness, cleanliness, and teamwork.
