Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
Hours : 40 hours / week | 8-hour shifts
Charting System : EPIC

Position Summary
The Sepsis / Clinical Quality Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for leading and coordinating the hospital’s sepsis program , ensuring compliance with evidence-based sepsis protocols , regulatory requirements, and quality improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, safety, and performance metrics across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Required Experience & Skills
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
✅ At least 2 years in ICU, ED, or Quality Improvement roles
✅ Strong knowledge of sepsis recognition, management, and treatment protocols
✅ Experience with data analysis, audits, and clinical performance improvement
✅ Excellent communication, education, and leadership skills
✅ Proficiency with EPIC EMR and quality data tools
