Job Description

We’re hiring a CDL Class A Driver / Laborer in Van Buren, AR for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. This role involves driving equipment to multiple jobsite locations , including occasional out-of-town travel . When travel is required, a $22 / day per diem is provided. Once on site, you’ll perform general labor duties as needed. The shift and schedule may vary depending on the project.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and transport equipment to various job sites
  • Perform hands-on labor tasks once on location
  • Safely load, unload, and move heavy materials
  • Assist crew members with setup, maintenance, and cleanup
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols on and off site

Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects throughout the day
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
  • Previous experience in construction, labor, or equipment transport
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
