We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Senior Systems Analyst with expertise in OpenText ECM to support enterprise content management initiatives. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring OpenText solutions, and collaborating with development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly ECM systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server and BPM, and a deep understanding of federal IT environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for OpenText ECM implementations.
- Configure and support OpenText Content Server, BPM workflows, forms, and reports.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure solutions meet performance, usability, and compliance standards.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and integration points.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of ECM solutions in agile environments.
- Ensure solutions align with DoD and federal security standards, including NIST SP 800-53 and ATO processes.
- Assist in application modernization and migration efforts.
Required Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis within enterprise IT environments.5+ years of experience with OpenText ECM platforms, including Content Server and BPM.Familiarity with Java / JEE, .NET, low-code / COTS platforms, and API Management Platforms.Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, PostgreSQL).Understanding of UI frameworks (Angular, Vue.js , JQuery) and their integration with ECM systems.Exposure to DevOps tools : Git, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible.Knowledge of MBSE, ISO 15288, and software engineering documentation standards.Soft Skills :
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP).Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives and drive consensus.Education & Clearance :
