Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative I to manage collection services for delinquent and bankrupt accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts and document all collection activities

Receive inbound collection calls and assist customers in bringing accounts current

Conduct skip-tracing research and perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent work experience

Two or more years of collections experience

High degree of professionalism and excellent customer service skills

Intermediate PC skills and ability to work independently

Knowledge of financial institution's policies and procedures
