Facilities Maintenance Technician-Maintain Excellence

What You'll Do:

• This position is responsible for performing general repairs and maintenance to our group home locations, main facility and grounds.
• You get to work directly with the Director of Facilities with the day to day operations of maintaining excellence at our locations.
• Perform mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, and general facility repairs.
• Complete work orders, and maintain accurate digital records
• Variety across multiple trades, it is not the same task every day

Pay rate and Schedule

$16-$20 per hour depending on experience and certificates

M-F 8am-5pm

What You Bring

• HS Diploma/GED
• EPA Universal or Type III Certification preferred
• 4+ years in HVAC or building maintenance
• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and independent work skills
