Job details :

Start : As soon as credentialing is complete
Able to work weekends, if desired / needed.
Two (2) options for coverage : Travel and perform exams at VES leased facility and / or schedule Veterans within your own practice
Option to work days(4-hours) and / or full days(8-hours)
One-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments
Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment : range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, evaluating traumatic brain injury. Exams will be a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury.
No prescribing, no treatment
DMA certification available (can get CME credits) will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified
Use of Goniometer required
Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
Own personal laptop (NO MACs)

Job Requirements :

Board Certification : Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R

GA license preferred

Own Laptop

Willing to be DMA trained

Local candidates only (within 50 miles of facility) travel included in rates

What Greenstaff Medical US has to offer :

Half-day Rate : $660 / W2 and $740 / 1099 flat rate for 4 hour shifts or less (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT)

Daily Rate : $1320 / W2 and $1480 / 1099 flat rate for 5 hour shifts or longer (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT)

Bonus : one time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and performing first exams

Licensure reimbursement

Certification reimbursement

Full benefits Health, Dental, Vision and 401K for W2 employees

Referral bonuses of $2,000-$3,000
