CNA with MED TECH experience – Fairburn, GA Specialized in G-Tube Care | Rotating days Every Other Weekend | 2 : 30 pm-8 : 30 pm We are seeking a compassionate and skilled MedTech to join our team in Fairburn, GA. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive group home setting, working with clients who require G-tube medication management. Position Details Schedule : Rotating days every other weekend Shifts Available : 2 : 30 PM – 8 : 30 PM Employment Type : Permanent Support Staff : Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are present during each shift to assist with client ADL care. Responsibilities Medication Administration : Ensure accurate and timely delivery of prescribed medications via G-Tube. G-Tube Care & Feeding Support : One client requires oral feeding and medication administration, with routine G-tube flushing for maintenance. Provide G-tube support as needed for both clients. Vital Signs Monitoring : Obtain and record vital signs to support ongoing health assessments. Documentation : Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in compliance with healthcare standards. Client Support : Assist with daily care needs, promoting comfort, dignity, and safety. Qualifications Current CNA License in the state of Georgia. Prior experience with G-tube care preferred. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centered care. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a group home environment. Why Join Us?
