[job_card.job_description]Job Description The position is responsible to create and assist in the development, implementation and support of the Company's Inventory management system;
Conduct regular workshops pertaining to inventory management
Duties
Review the SPIR send by vendors for correct data input;
Clean up the descriptions of the spare parts prior to loading to the CMMS;
Follow up with the vendors on the submission of the SPIR;
Testing the flows of the spare part warehouse management in the CMMS;
Migration of spares to CMMS ensuring the spare parts are connected to the equipment;
Testing the flows with the Procurement Departs for the requisition creation up to delivery offshore; During a project track the SPIR costs for budgetary purposes;
Conduct regular Workshops with the Operations team improving Inventory Management Process;
Develop adequate training materials and train operations personnel in inventory management; Implement the QR code for the spare parts ordering, PO QR process, receiving, transport order and count processes.
Develop /update all the documentation related to the inventory management as a whole Visit offshore units and onshore offices as required.
Run and maintain business reports as required, typical examples;

Assist in the promotion of an Asset Lifecycle Management culture
Attending meetings as required and actively participating in the group's work;
Participate in the ALM team development activities;

Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with an ERP system comparable to IFS;
Experience with IFS or similar;
A university degree in relevant field or a combination of education and experience;
Fluency in English, written and verbal.
