The Technical Program Manager III (TPM III) will focus on planning and managing deliverables for various new and sustaining projects. They will interface with extended MFG teams, Product Development team, Product Marketing, Release Management, Global Services, and external Suppliers to ensure success in managing a variety of projects.
A TPM III also brings business acumen and an adaptable skill set to successfully manage across a wide range of product development programs and high-risk product initiatives.
A TPM III is responsible for the development of a project plan and for monitoring the execution of the project per scope, schedule, and budget. They can manage multiple simultaneous projects that are complex or high-risk and is able to develop recovery strategies for projects that stray from their plan.
The unique benefit provided by this role is the reduction of risk through better analysis, decision making, planning, and monitoring of the project or program. They are also capable of both managing the project and directing the team when necessary.
A Technical Program Manager III is an experienced leader who can bring thought leadership and technical acumen to improve the processes, toolsets, and the operations of MFG.
Primary Responsibilities

The annual base pay for this position is : $104,000.00 - $156,000.00
F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
