Our client, a rapidly expanding San Francisco real estate investment firm, is seeking an experienced Property Accounting Manager to oversee accounting for a two-building Class A commercial office complex . The Opportunity

As the Property Accounting Manager, you will lead full-cycle property accounting , ensure accurate financial reporting, and support operational decisions for two major office assets. You will partner closely with the General Manager, leasing team, and construction managers while owning key processes including lease administration, CAM reconciliations, construction draws, capital project tracking, and cash flow reporting.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to build deep expertise in commercial office accounting.
