LPN for Full Time 11p-7am Shift

What You'll Do :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your role is crucial in providing comfort and care to our residents. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the effective implementation of care plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as per healthcare providers' prescriptions
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and relevant medical information
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and execute care plans
• Provide wound care and additional nursing interventions as required
• Guide and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in their caregiving tasks
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and protocols
