A company is looking for a Director, Growth who will focus on generating new revenue through outbound sales and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and execute outbound prospecting sequences to generate meetings and qualified opportunities
Lead the full sales cycle from initial meetings to signed agreements, including proposal development and presentations
Manage strategic account relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver winning pitches
Required Qualifications & Experience :
5-12 years of total experience, with 2-5 years in full-cycle outbound sales in relevant fields
Proven track record of closing six-figure deals
Experience selling to senior marketing and ecommerce leaders
Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance optimization concepts
Strong skills in storytelling, presentation, and navigating procurement cycles
