Job Description

We are a high-tech, boutique orthodontic practice with a friendly atmosphere looking for our newest team member! We are looking for someone to work the front desk who is outgoing, independent, bubbly, detail‐oriented and organized. You will also be helping with treatment planning and sterilization. Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow, learn and be on the cutting edge. Prior dental experience is ideal. Additional licenses such as x-ray certification are a plus, but we will train you if you are the right fit!

We go above and beyond traditional orthodontics, offering digital diagnosis and treatment planning, top-of-the-line 3D x‐rays and 3D modeling, comprehensive multidisciplinary treatment for surgical and sleep apnea cases, laser to treat gummy smiles and impacted teeth, and aesthetic options such as lingual braces, clear aligners and champagne braces. We excel at providing the most individualized and carefully crafted treatment plans for our patients.

About Dr. Castillo

Dr. Castillo is a Harvard‐ and Columbia‐trained orthodontist who believes in the power of orthodontics to help people feel more confident in their smiles. He is a Volunteer Clinical Instructor at the UCSD Student‐Run Free Clinic, President-Elect of the San Diego County Dental Society, Board Member of the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics, and Co-President of the San Diego Academy of Orthodontists. He advocates for dental education and access to specialist care.

Time Commitment

Monday-Friday, averaging 3.5-4.5 days per week (varies by week), typically from 8 : 45 AM – 5 : 30PM. We have 2 locations.
