[job_card.job_description]Coordinate design, permitting, and procurement activities to ensure on-time project Assist with RFP development for equipment suppliers, service providers, and EPC Work closely with estimating teams to analyze bids, manage data, and maintain cost Support contract and vendor management, including defining scopes of work and Help organize and track project documentation, schedules, and budgets. Serve as a key point of contact for owner-supplied equipment and pre-construction Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project planning tools Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance team Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or project coordination; experience Knowledge of EPC contracts, procurement processes, and budget management. Experience supporting bid processes and vendor evaluations. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with project Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing project demands. Occasional travel to project sites or meetings as needed. $110,000 - $125,000 plus bonus. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) plan with company match. readiness, helping deliver efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality renewable energy projects
across the U.S.
