THE POSITION:

We are looking for Full-time Supervisors with previous experience at Chick-fil-A, preferably with leadership experience as well. Supervisors should be comfortable working in both guest facing and food production areas. They will help a team of Front of House Team Leaders and Team Members, working together to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and a superior guest experience across the Carry-Out, Dine-In, Third Party Delivery and Catering sales channels. They should work closely with other Directors, Supervisors and Leaders to accomplish area goals and develop team members into strong leaders. They will also be involved with the ongoing coaching and development of team members and team leaders. They work closely with the training team to make sure the Operators’ vision of outstanding service, hospitality and cleanliness is consistently delivered by all FOH employees.

THE LOCATION:

Chick-fil-A County Line Road is located in Jackson, Mississippi, just off I-55 and convenient to all of the Greater Jackson area. We have exciting plans to grand open a new store directly off the interstate in early 2027!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be part of the Leadership Team
• Develop Team Members into Team Leaders, ongoing development of Team Leaders
• Utilize and maintain the Winning Hearts Every Day Hospitality Model
  • Genuine Hospitality, Fast and Accurate Service, Clean and Safe Environment, Great Food
• Coach (and train) the behaviors of all team leaders and members who work FOH– hustle that creates a surprisingly fast speed of service; execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment; second mile service that delivers a superior customer experience.
• Execute LEAN strategies across the FOH
• Communicate regularly and thoroughly with your team about Operational and Hospitality standards
• Involved in training of FOH leaders
• Work a minimum of 1 night a week

REQUIREMENTS:

• Chick-fil-A experience very strongly preferred; strong relevant hospitality experience required
• Leadership experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrate a strong personal initiative- a go-getter and self-starter
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Ability to work on your feet for several hours a day
• Broad availability across operating hours (6am-10pm)
• Available on Saturdays
