Responsibilities :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a critical role in delivering care and services to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include identifying resident needs, implementing prescribed interventions, and evaluating outcomes to ensure optimum care. You will provide personal care to residents and collaborate with a dedicated care team to solve care problems, enhance service delivery, and participate in quality improvement activities.
