Construction Estimator :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including hard bid and design / build.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate project planning.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required materials.
• Manage and maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships to gather competitive pricing.
• Evaluate project risks and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Provide budget updates and assist in maintaining project timelines.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide technical expertise as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
