Key Responsibilities
Assess training needs and develop both classroom and e-learning programs
Facilitate training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness
Manage training logistics, curriculum, and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in presentation, training, or facilitation
Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles
Experience in developing soft skills and leadership programs
Proficiency in computer-based training software and presentation tools
