Job Description :

The Zone Manager reports to the Quality Assurance Manager. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties :

Duties / Responsibilities :

Direct oversight of shift operations at assigned stations.

Compile productivity, performance, and inspections to ensure service level agreements are being met.

Reporting to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption.

Perform continuous field inspections of deployed personnel. (INSPECT WHAT YOU EXPECT)

Keep the Quality Assurance Manager apprised of personnel performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner.

Personnel Performance (coaching, counseling, and disciplinary).

Audit security officer end-of-shift reports, officer daily activity reports, scalable reports.
