The Vice President is responsible for developing and managing long-term plans, programs, and services. Coordinates analyses of business opportunities and assesses their effectiveness and consistency with strategic objectives. Develops and leads shared resources group supporting integration and operational excellence through standard processes, toolsets, analysis, and benchmarks; integrates efforts across the Novant Health system; and builds effective team to deliver results and meet organization's needs.
