Lead the design and delivery of regulatory reporting and operational solutions, partnering with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and IT. Focus on modern data architectures, integration, and high-performance server-side development.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of core Java server-side development
• Strong experience with XML, Spring, and Apache Camel
• Expertise with messaging (Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ)
• Strong SQL and experience with major RDBMS (SQL Server, Sybase, etc.)
• Agile development and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, SonarQube)
• Leadership experience guiding small/medium development teams
• Fixed Income trading experience

Preferred Skills:

• Derivatives experience (IRD/FX/CRD)
• Regulatory reporting and collateral management background
• Murex experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
