Location : Ithaca, NYDuration : 3-4 months, option to extend (credentialing is 6-8 weeks)Schedule : fulltime, 7on-7off,Shift : flexible- prefer 10-hour shifts, but as short as 8 or as long as 12. Mon-FridayCall : weekend call, call volume is not heavy. Patient volume : during the day shifts : 5-7 per day on average. Scope : OB, epidurals, routine reginal blocks, bread & butter anesthesiaEMR : MediTechHospital : No trauma designation, have 10 ORs, but usually only running 6-7 roomsGroup / support : CRNAs, locum provider is not responsible for overseeing them but they are available to assist from time to time. 1-2 other physicians on site during shifts.
