Dishwasher

We are looking for a reliable Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team by keeping the dish area clean and organized, restocking the line with ingredients and supplies, and helping maintain overall cleanliness throughout the kitchen. This role is essential to keeping service running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Dishwashing & Cleaning

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment according to health code standards.

Maintain a clean and organized dish station throughout the shift.

Empty trash, sweep / mop floors, wipe down surfaces, and assist with closing duties.

Keep the back-of-house clean, safe, and compliant with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Kitchen Restocking & Support

Restock the line with prepared items, dry goods, sauces, seasonings, and all items required for service.

Refill cold line and hot line stations as directed by the line cook.

Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries (dry storage, walk-in cooler, freezer).

Qualifications

No prior experience required; kitchen experience is a plus.

• Coachability, must be able to take direction.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Ability to stand, lift (up to 40 lbs), bend, and move throughout the shift.

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
