Job Title : Lead Estimator, Senior Estimator, Estimator, Roofing Estimator
Location : Charlotte, NC area
Compensation : DOE $80-130,000 base + bonus / commission
Minimum Requirements :
- 5+ years estimating commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, etc)
- 2+ years managing junior estimators, or other team members
- Strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and think critically
