Arizona Licensed Service Agent

A company is looking for a Part-Time Service Agent I.

Key Responsibilities

Contact blood donors via telephone to recruit for blood donation and update records

Schedule appointments and provide a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates

Maintain daily production standards and develop knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors of eligibility

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center

Ability to commit to 90 days of uninterrupted employment and adhere to a specified schedule

Proficient in using multiple computer applications in a fast-paced environment

Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus
