Our Professional Services development team is growing, and we are seeking a Sr. Software Development Engineer to join us. This is a full-time remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the Continental U.S.

This role involves short-term development projects (ranging from a few days to several weeks) that require gathering customer integration requirements, analyzing feasibility using available APIs, designing, developing, and implementing solutions.

Projects vary widely in size and skill set and may include :

HTML5 web applications

• Node.js services
• CRM CTI integrations
• Web service integrations with third-party systems

The role demands a broad knowledge of current development technologies and the ability to quickly learn new systems, platforms, and APIs as needed. You will interact directly with customers via phone, web conferences, and in person (up to 15% travel required). Strong communication skills are essential, as you will often need to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences. Work Location : This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

The US base salary range for this role is below.

$114,600—$274,400 USD
