We're currently seeking dedicated LPNs for our skilled nursing healthcare center at Luther Acres, a Luthercare community in Lititz, PA. We offer full-time Monday through Friday positions with no Weekend requirement. We are currently hiring for evening shift, 7P-7A, 60 hours biweekly & with Casual opportunities.

WHAT YOU DO :

As an LPN at the Luther Acres Healthcare Center, you're an integral part of providing compassionate care to the residents in our skilled nursing center and ensuring they are comfortable by monitoring their overall health and well-being. You'll do this in several ways, including :

• Supervise an assigned skilled nursing area. Designate tasks and provide instruction and direction in methods and techniques of nursing and resident care in accordance with established standards and procedures. Ensure that nursing care plans, charts, and treatment schedules are followed by nursing staff. Perform nursing duties following licensure scope of practice.
• Administer physician-ordered pharmacological agents, therapeutic treatments, peripheral IV therapy, and hypodermic injections. Observe, objectively interpret, record and report resident's response.
• Provide information / updates to nursing staff, supervisors, administration, physicians, and other disciplines as appropriate to coordinate continuity of care.

Our LPNs are assisted by Certified Nursing Assistants in providing care to our residents.
